Important notice: Do not overfill the chamber and when the chamber is warm and the oil is runnier, keep the pen upright at all times.
If the oil goes inside the ventilation holes placed on the interior chamber’s walls, this may damage the atomizer and damage of this nature is not covered under warranty.

Maintenance: when cleaning the chamber from residual concentrate, initiate the Sesh Mode a couple of times and then gently wipe the interior with a dry ear dub. Do not use any alcohol for this purpose.

Puffco Plus Warranty

All Puffco units come with a one year warranty from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser. Puffco’s warranty policy covers manufacturer’s defect of the electronic components (battery and charger) of the unit.

This warranty shall be null and void if Puffco determines that the product has been improperly used, altered or tampered with in any way.

This warranty does not protect against normal-use wear and tear or damage due to abuse. By way of example, the warranty does not cover the standard performance degradation of batteries.
