Privacy Policy
Vape Store (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Vape Store bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Vape Store via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Free Delivery & Dispatch
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1/2 working days and delivery information will be confirmed by email.
We do offer free courier delivery on all orders above R2,000
Return and Refund Policy
The provision of goods and services by Vape Store is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vape Store will refund the client in full within 5 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client may attract administration fee.
Item Returned to Shipper / Incorrect Shipping Information
If you have provided Vape Store with an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping costs as well as the re-delivery costs.
The buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address upon placing the order on Vape Store website. While checking out, the buyer will have a chance to review the shipping information before submitting the order. Vape Store will ship the order to the address as it appears on their website. Vape Store is not responsible for items shipped to a wrong or incomplete address.
Custom Duties, Taxes, VAT, Fees
When the receiver is located outside the South Africa territory, Vape Store (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any extra financial charges the customer may incur when collecting/clearing the shipped item.
Regarding our Reward Point system
Reward Points are granted to online purchases only. Reward Points would not be issued for orders that are already benefiting from other discounts such as Coupon Code or Discount Vouchers. Reward Points will also not be awarded to orders linked to our Affiliate Program.
Vape Store also reserve the right to withdraw or withhold reward points to offset unforeseen shipping costs.

Neither the manufacturer nor the seller, or their respective affiliates, directors, officers or shareholders, of any aromatherapy products on this website shall be held responsible for the misuse of the same or the misuse of any oil or botanical. You, the purchaser and/or user of this device, are responsible for your own use of such products.
Before you make a purchase through our online store, we highly recommend to carefully research the product that you are intending on purchasing. Any return/exchange must be in brand new condition and "unused". If you would like additional information about the product you are interested in please feel free to call our office and ask us questions. We are well experienced and very knowledgeable and would be happy to assist you in finding the vaporizer that is right for you.
Intended to be used in the fields of naturopathy, aromatherapy and for the administering of herbs for medical purposes, vaporizers are lawful and proper hot air extraction devices designed to extracting the bioactive ingredients from any oil or botanical.
Vaporizers are only to be used in the presence, or with the advice and assistance, of a person with extensive knowledge in the fields of aromatherapy, naturopathy and or alternative heath care. The devices contained in this site are consumer products and not medical devices. If while using a vaporizer you experience any adverse effects, you should consult a physician. Our products are not intended to cure, prevent, or diagnose any disease.

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
Vape Store takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Variation
