- Order any vaporizer or accessories over the value of R2,000 and get FREE door-to-door courier delivery! Please note that this offer is valid exclusively on the South Africa territory.
- Purchasing from Vape Store will NOT involve any VAT, Custom duties or hidden costs as long as you are located in South Africa.
- Delivery to outlying areas, farm & plots, mines, resorts & lodges, townships, hospitals, hospices and government buildings will be subject to additional charges. These are additional courier’s charges that we will calculate on a case-by-case basis and communicated to the client before the order is shipped.
- Tracking numbers are sent to you by email and you can check the progress of your delivery online.
- When selecting the free delivery, Your order should be at your doorstep within 2-3 working days. If you prefer to receive it sooner, select the overnight delivery for an additional charge. Please note that delivery time to rural areas may take up to 4 working days.
- We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours: all orders placed and paid for before 1pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day if stock is available.
- Although every effort is made to insure that the product’s packaging is received in perfect conditions, Vape Store is not responsible for any cosmetic damage occurred to the boxes during shipping. The box’s purpose is to protect the device from accidental damages.
NOTE: Even if you've selected Overnight Service, the courier does not deliver over the weekend and public holiday unless prior arrangements have been made. Also note that the Overnight Service may take up to 2/3 working days to deliver to 'rural' areas of South Africa.
All orders are shipped in a discreet package with no mention of content.
At VapeStore.co.za we stand behind each and every delivery and if anything goes wrong, simply call us or contact us and we will trace or replace your vaporizer if damaged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you reside outside the Republic of South Africa, we will ship your order using the South African Postal Service. All parcels up to 1kg are sent via International Registered Airmail. For larger parcels we are still gearing up. Please allow 10-20 working days for your parcel to arrive. Once the order has been shipped, we will update your order status with the tracking number for your parcel.
We do not offer courier service from South Africa to your country of residence because the rates are extremely high.
